Why are the wines so cheap?
Many times vineyards or producers are ready to release a new vintage, but they still have some wine from the previous vintage and want to sell out before they unveil their new wine.  Or, they might have a new label for a wine and don’t want two labels for the same wine.  At times, we also can buy directly from the vineyards to take out the middle man and get an even lower price on the wine.  We take what they have at a reduced price and pass the savings onto you.

How do I know they are good wines?
Everyday we will have these types of wines available until we have our Last Call and they are sold out.  Nothing is wrong with any of our wines.  We do all the tasting and research.  You can trust us.  We have years of wine buying and tasting experience. 

When do I get an email offer?
Everyday we will send you and email offer which lists the Last Call wine for sale.  You can click on the offer and order right from there.  Once we have Last Call and the wine is sold out we will send out our next email offering.

Is there a quantity discount?
Every wine is priced at the lowest price available.  That’s it.  We can’t discount the wines anymore or we’ll be paying you.

What is the shipping policy?
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from All packages sent out by REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as “Please leave on back porch” or “Please leave at front door” will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was not an adult to sign for the wine! We ship to every state that allows wine to be shipped by UPS.  As shipping alcohol is complicated, we suggest trying to purchase when you see something you would like to buy (if we can ship to your state/zip code then the order will go through). We are constantly updating our shipping licenses as laws are continually changing. If you have specific questions about shipping, please contact Customer Service.

What is the return procedure?
If you need to return a wine, please contact us as soon as possible at  Please give us as much information as possible, name, invoice number, etc. We will send you a return shipping label.  Please re cork the wine(s) and send us back the bottle(s) and remaining contents.  Once we receive the package we will issue a refund to your credit card.  No questions asked. 


All costs associated with the return to due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.  UPS will attempt three times to make a delivery.  If the wine is returned to us because no one is home to sign for it you will be refunded the amount for the wine minus the return shipping fee of $15.  If you want the wine reshipped you must pay for shipping.
